Unser Speisenangebot in unseren H\u00e4usern wird aus frischen, saisonalen und m\u00f6glichst regionalen Zutaten f\u00fcr die Bewohner zubereitet. Es beginnt am Morgen mit einem leckeren Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Mittags stehen zwei Men\u00fcs und die passierte Kost als Men\u00fc 3 zur Auswahl. Am Nachmittag gibt es selbst gemachte Kuchen. Kulinarisch abgerundet wird der Tag am Abend mit wechselndem Speiseangebot.<\/p>

Unser Men\u00fc 3 richtet sich an Bewohner mit Kau- und Schluckst\u00f6rungen. Wir legen gro\u00dfen Wert darauf, dass auch hier die Vielfalt, der Geschmack und die Optik, einen hohen Stellenwert einnehmen. Wir arbeiten hier mit den neusten Verfahren und sind technisch so ausgestattet, dass vom Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck bis zum Abendbrot, jede Mahlzeit ein Highlight ist.<\/p>

Der Einheitsbrei sowie die p\u00fcrierte Kost sind pass\u00e9. Durch das angewandte Verfahren erleben die Bewohner visuell und geschmacklich wieder den Genuss einer Bratwurst oder eines Gulaschs mit Erbsen und M\u00f6hren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Der gesamten \u201eK\u00fcchencrew\u201c stehen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Angebote im Bereich Fort- und Weiterbildung zur Verf\u00fcgung, um Ihr Know-how und das technische Verst\u00e4ndnis zu vertiefen. In kreativen Workshops k\u00f6nnen viele Ideen ausprobiert werden, welche am Ende einen bunten und abwechslungsreichen Speiseplan f\u00fcr die Bewohner bilden.<\/p>
